The Dismemberment Plan to Reunite on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon"

The Dismemberment Plan announced late in the summer that they would be reuniting for a handful of dates in January. Today, they’ve revealed that their first performance will not be January 21 at The Black Cat in Washington, D.C., but rather in front of The Roots, Jimmy Fallon, and a live studio audience during "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on January 20. No word on what they’ll play, of course, but it’s likely to be a track from Emergency & I, which is being reissued on vinyl by Barsuk on January 11.

The band also announced a Seattle show in March, in addition to two Chicago shows in February. They said the Seattle date will be their “only show on the west coast,” as well as the final U.S. reunion show.
