The members of experimental indie-pop duo WOOM have been quietly and subtly making noise for some time now, but 2010 was a big year for Sara Magenheimer and Eben Portnoy. It saw them embarking on a lengthy European tour that including a jaunt with Xiu Xiu, two big shows opening for Beirut at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg, and the release of their energetic, enigmatic debut full-length Muu’s Way.
