Tom Waits has announced that Bad as Me, his first album of all new music in seven years, will hit shelves on October 25, care of Anti- Records. You can pre-order it in CD or LP form on Waits' website, or as a digital download from iTunes. The CD and digital options also come in a "deluxe" form, which includes three more songs and, for the CD, a "hard bound book-like case".
