-Male Bonding is releasing a 7” single of the thoroughly awesome Nothing Hurts track “Nothing Remains”. “Pirate Key” will join it on the A side, with an unreleased song and an alternate version of “Weird Feelings” on the flip. [Pitchfork]

-Entertainment Weekly reports that fans of the Fiery Furnaces might have ten (10) new albums to look forward to in 2011: eight solo records from Matthew Friedberger, one from sister Eleanor, and one proper Furnaces release. Six of the brother Friedberger’s albums will feature him singing while playing a single instrument, and will be released every two months by Thrill Jockey. They’ll be available via subscription and in limited quantities at some independent record stores, with two “bonus albums” sent to subscribers at the end of the year. “I thought it would be fun to have too many things to do,” he told EW.

-Remember The Streets? Sure you do! It's the rough-and-tumble sort-of-experimental garage-rap project of Mike Skinner that came strong out of the gate a decade ago, but has faded in the last few years. Well, Skinner’s doing one last record as The Streets, Computer and Blues, out February 7. Check the track list at NME, as well as the video for “Trust Me”, a grooving jam that leaked last year but only got a video last month.

-Even though I think the video for Sleigh Bells’ stomping, chant-heavy song “Riot Rhythm” actually premiered during last week, I didn’t catch it until Friday, but it’s funny and the song is good so give it a spin. [Prefix]

-You can get a look at the track list for the upcoming posthumous Michael Jackson album, Michael, at MTV. I’ll spoil the surprise for you, though: its three credited guests are Akon, 50 Cent, and Lenny Kravitz. Now that’s a party. The Akon song, “Hold My Hand”, actually premiered today on MichaelJackson.com. The single is released November 28, and you can pick up Michael on December 14.

-Arcade Fire was the musical guest on Saturday Night Live this weekend, their second appearance on the show. They played excellent, energetic renditions of Suburbs songs “We Used To Wait” and “Sprawl II”, both with Owen Pallett, the latter featuring Nick Zinner and a stellar appearance by Regine Chassagne’s dance moves. Speaking of dance moves, the band appeared in the night’s Digital Short (again), urging us all to dance to save the world, or something. Watch all three videos below, via TheAudioPerv.
