"I am not OK, boys. I am not OK" sings Yoni Wolf in the bouncing "Strawberries" from WHY?'s new Mumps, etc. And why would they be OK? Things rarely are in Yoni's world, at least the world inhabited by his tortured musical persona, and that fact, married to WHY?'s nearly always infectious rap-pop, is what makes the band so damn fascinating. 

And anyway, things seem OK in the music video for the song. Directed by Scott Fredette and Alex Parks and shot at the annual Northside 4th of July parade in the band's hometown of Cincinnati, this looks way more fun and creative than most Independence Day fests we've been to. Drums, dancing, color, crazy getups, and nary an Uncle Sam in sight. And Yoni?  He's in high spirits, playing the piano on a float, high-fiving spectators and generally leading in the merriment. He looks pretty OK to us.
