"I tought I taw a wabbit" was the catch phrase that put Elmer Fudd on the cartoon map, as the hapless hunter pursued the wisecracking Bugs Bunny without success. And what we get in Ian Cheng's animated clip for the latest from Liars' WIXIW seems to feature a couple of feral, twisted cousins of Elmer and Bugs, except that the rabbit appears to have a human body, the hunter is more ruthless and carries dynamite, and the whole thing is more ominous, at times, even sexual. 

Well of course it is--this is Liars, after all. And as the driving tracks chugs along, we even get animated versions of the band, Angus, Julian, and the now-blond topped Aaron Hemphill, who in turn have their way with the hunter and his prey. 

Last time around we had a serial killer, this time it's predators of a different sort. It's all darkly and deliciously Liars. Our NV Music Video of the Day is "Brats".
